OpenBoardView is a software for viewing .brd (and some others) files, intended as a drop-in replacement for the “Test_Link” software and “Landrex”.

It is the first working software compiled with clib2 that is complete and working.
It is using SDL2 linked statically and a bunch of other libraries compiled to work also with this clib2 version.
It needs an OpenGL video card and OpenGL ES library installed in the system.
The program asks for Fontconfig: assign when it starts. If you have a working fontconfig installation you can assign the path to it otherwise you can use the program directory.
